NEW
FUNCTIONS IN TRACKSIDE PLUS
1. List Bike Brands on the Racer Numbers report
and the Gate Choice report.
2. List the Division the racer
is in on the Yellow Post-It note.
3. User will have the ability to
reset all the Member Numbers, Trackside IDs or
District IDs
4. A "Last Raced Date"
is now tied to the racer and you can remove racers who
have not participated in your events since a specified
date.
5. Ability to mark Racers as ACTIVE or INACTIVE
6. Report on moto order errors.
After you verify your moto order, you will be asked if
you want to print a report of all the errors in your
moto order.
7. Allow user to set up race order before signup.
The race order can be set up before you sign any
racers into your event. If you do this,
Trackside can verify your race order at the time your
are entering racers into the event and let you know if
you have put a racer in back to back motos or if you
have given the racer a number that is already taken by
another racer in a different class but is in that same
moto on the track at the same time.
8. Enter # of laps for each moto.
You will be able to enter the number of laps a moto is
to race and that number will print on the Moto Order
report.
9. Use drag and drop to move the
racer to a different class. From the Class
Detail tab, you can move a racer from one class to
another by clicking on the racer and dragging him to
another class in the class list.
10. Assign the Overall Finish by
tallying points per Moto. This is the way some
Pro motocross is scored. A racer is given 25
points for 1st and 22 points for 2nd. Trackside
can now score a class using this format by checking
that the class is to use the Pro Scoring method on the
Class Maintenance screen.
11. One event can be assigned to two
series at the same time. On the Event Set up
tab, you can select from two different Series that an
event can belong to.
12. Export mailing labels to text file.
In Trackside you can only print the labels, now you
can save them to a text file and send to your mailing
company.
13. Create Manufacturer Reports.
This report will list how many of each bike brand you
had in each class and for your entire event.
14. Assign Advancement Points.
You can now issue Advancement Points for a class the
same way you enter Series Points.
15. Select # of races which count in a series.
You can set Trackside up so that only "X"
number of races count for the best finishes of the
racers.
16. Two Points Tables to choose
from. Trackside Plus will allow you to set up
two points tables and you will pick which one you want
to use at the Event Set up tab.
17. Increase Member Number field to
allow 10 characters.
18. Add District Number
field. Trackside Plus will allow you to add the
District Number for a racer where before you could
only enter a unique District ID.
19. Assign a TYPE to classes and let
Event Set up tab automatically fill in classes based on type.
On the Class Maintenance screen you will determine
that a Class is a specific type (i.e. Loretta Lynn
Qualifier class) then at the Event Set up tab, you
tell Trackside that this is a Loretta Lynn Qualifier
race and those classes are automatically assign to the
event.
20. Heat and Semi Advancement Chart
can be printed. If you are a promoter who has
Heats or Divisions, you can list how many will advance
from each race and then print and post the chart.
21. Use 10-key to score a
race. You will be able to use a keyboard or
10-key pad to enter the bike numbers as they pass
by. Trackside will calculate which numbers were
entered in which sequence and score the race for
you. If you have someone who is quick and
accurate at a 10-key, your events can be scored
without having to maintain and tally score sheets.
22. Import and Export selected
data. Using Trackside Plus, you are able to
export a selection of racers or an entire event
including the results and pass them on to another
promoter who can then import the event or racers into
their copy of Trackside
