Impact Software Group was
incorporated in 1997. We are located about 30 miles south
of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Impact maintains between 10
and 20 employees who are all experienced computer programmers.
Most employees go to client sites and develop specialized
software to fit the client’s exact needs. We have
developed great working relationships with corporations in the
Pittsburgh area, as well as national accounts in the racing
industry.
At this time only one
programmer, John Dains, is assigned to Trackside. John
makes weekend trips to races across the United States to promote
Trackside. Our software is used at races such as the
Loretta Lynn’s Amateur National Motocross and the National Arenacross
Series.
Impact is dedicated to taking
Trackside to the next level by constantly upgrading the software
as requirements are defined. In addition, Impact is making
Trackside interface with timing devices for automated score
keeping and timing. Check out our other website dedicated
to Transponder scoring. www.mxtransponder.com. It is our goal to make
Trackside the “standard” when it comes to software for race
promoters.
